A gentler kind
of Chiropractic care.
Dr Euan McMillan uses Network Spinal, a precise approach that works with your nervous system, releasing stored stress and easing tension so you feel more like yourself.
THE PRACTICE
Chiropractic care with the nervous system at the centre.
WellWellWell Sydney offers Network Spinal Care, a gentle, nervous-system-based approach to Chiropractic that works differently from traditional manipulation. Rather than forcing the body into alignment, Network Spinal uses precise, light contacts along the spine, cues that help the nervous system recognise its own stored stress patterns and begin unwinding them from within. The work is progressive by design, with each stage building on the last.
Many people come in with physical symptoms. Others arrive because they feel depleted, wired, or simply not like themselves. Some find their way here through an interest in somatic work, or through wondering what energy healing actually means. All of these are valid starting points, and care is tailored to where you are rather than to a fixed protocol.
Some people come for pain. Others for something… harder to name.
It might be structural, it might be your nervous system, or often both. This is care designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Network Spinal, a different kind of Chiropractic.
Precise, light contacts along specific spinal gateways — a gentle, evidence-informed approach with minimal force on the joints.
The nervous system recognises stored stress patterns it's been holding.
Those patterns begin to release, rather than being forced out.

YOUR PRACTITIONER
Experienced, unhurried, and genuinely attentive.
Euan has been working in Network Spinal Care since the early 2000s, trained directly under Dr Donald Epstein, certified to Master-E level, and currently on the Network Spinal international teaching staff. That depth of training matters, but what most people notice first is something simpler: he takes his time.
Appointments are unhurried. He is interested in your history, in what your nervous system is actually doing, and in the difference between what your symptoms appear to be and what your body is genuinely holding. That distinction shapes every session.
He works with CBD professionals carrying the weight of sustained corporate stress, with pregnant women and families, and with people who have been managing physical or emotional tension for so long it has started to feel like just the way things are. If any of that sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.
Still wondering if this is the right fit?
Watch Dr Euan explain what Network Spinal Care is, how it's different from traditional Chiropractic, and why such gentle contacts create profound change, in under three minutes.
